Preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kurz in 1974 infant daughter, Debbie and sisters: Betty Newton and Norma (Roland) Chaffee. Mary will be missed for her love, a good recipe, her helping hands and kind heart. She loved to read to them while sitting in her rocking chair. She enjoyed helping her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with their schoolwork and could be counted on for her spelling and math skills. Mary was always willing to lend a helping hand and many children benefitted from her gentle love and care. She returned to the workforce and enjoyed working at Fisher-Price Toys and Medina Central School District in the cafeteria. The couple settled in Medina, where they raised their two sons. She worked at Harrison Radiator in Lockport, where she met her husband, Paul M. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Ronald Grant Baker her sister, Cheryl Capelli Owens Grimble and aunt and uncle, Helen and Wesley Heitz. In her later years, Sandy was always helping and supervising at Gotta Dance Studio because she loved being around all her dance family. She loved running her children back and forth to Miss Joy’s Dance Studio and being part of the studio family. One of her biggest accomplishments was being on the Albion School Board from 1977-1986. Her greatest joy was being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Sandra graduated from Medina High School where she sang in the Acapella Choir.

She was born Decemin Medina, a daughter of the late Lewis and Bernice (Gray) Capelli and had lived in this area all of her life. Capelli Caldwell, 87, passed away Decemat the Martin Linsin Residence surrounded by her loving family.
